Short Title: Assisted Suicide

This is the actual v.6 draft of the bill, as faxed to us by Sen. Forrester:

This is a "version 8" draft which was briefly considered by Sen. Forrester in late May, 2003. It is newer than v.6:  S145 draft ("v.8")
We typed this one in from a fax, too. We hope that we didn't make any mistakes.

New!  This is a brand new (June 11, 2003) version, in which the previous language has been scrapped entirely, in favor of a language based on Michigan's excellent statute.  We are very pleased with this version: S145 draft ("S145-CSRC-76 [v.4]").html.
